In order to further cultivate and develop a positive corporate culture, meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the employees of the company, enhance the happiness and sense of belonging of the employees of the company, and stimulate the enthusiasm and vitality of the employees of the company for entrepreneurship, Nuofeng optoelectronics organized employees to participate in the second "corporate culture activity season" of Bao'an District, with the theme of "gathering corporate culture spirit and exhibiting cultural Bao'an style" sponsored by Bao'an District Culture and Tourism Bureau of Shenzhen city.

Under the careful organization and extensive mobilization of Bao'an District Cultural Relics Management Institute and Shenzhen (Bao'an) labor Museum, the competition has had a wide impact on all enterprises in the region. More than 2000 employees from hundreds of enterprises in the region participated in the competition. After careful evaluation by expert judges, a total of 135 excellent works were selected.
