This equipment is mainly used for pad printing of 2D mobile phone glass front cover and back cover, 2.5D mobile phone glass front cover and back cover, and 3D mobile phone glass front cover and back cover.
Product advantages:
1. The whole machine is a fully automatic mobile phone cover plate printing equipment. Loading, pad printing, loading, unloading and closing of products are automatically completed by the equipment.
2. The whole machine adopts the linear pad printing scheme, and a four station pad printing machine completes the process requirements of the first step of the mobile phone glass cover plate.
3. Single machine operation, multi machine connection operation and pad printing baking connection operation can be realized according to customer requirements; Save the time of manual turnover of products. The modular design scheme can connect the upstream and downstream equipment, match the different capacity needs of customers, reserve MES docking interface, and reserve unmanned docking interface;
4. The product calibration table adopts XY motor for calibration, with smooth and stable calibration, quick and convenient model replacement, angle compensation motor, and touch screen for automatic input of compensation value;
5. The automatic ink wiping mechanism is equipped with a no material induction device. When the PE film winding is completed, the alarm prompts to manually replace the PE film;
6. It is equipped with hot air heater and ink preheating device, which can be preheated on the hot air heater after the ink on the rubber head is completed. The hot air at the hot air heater is blown out evenly from all sides to ensure uniform ink preheating;
7. The rubber head position is adjusted by precision screw, which is convenient and quick, can improve the efficiency of replacing the rubber head, and is equipped with automatic oil return function;
8. The z-axis of pad printing adopts a gantry structure. The z-axis of pad printing, the moving axis of the platform and the steel plate axis of pad printing are all driven by servo motors to ensure the precision and strength of pad printing.
